The home is located Miami-Dade County. It is located 5 miles (8 km) west of Miami International Airport and 13 miles (21 km) west of Downtown Miami. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential neighborhood that is only minutes to Tamiami Trail Shops, The Dolphin Mall, Dadeland Mall, IKEA, Top Golf, Miami International Mall, Miccosukee Air Boats, Miccosukee Casino, Miami Casino, Magic City Casino, Hialeah Park Casino, Zoo Miami and a variety of restaurants and pub’s nearby.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $1,000.00 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.
We can accommodate small gatherings up to 20 people (only 10 overnight) and 5 cars can be parked at all times. Noise is monitored in order not to bother neighbors so no loud music or Djs.

Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. Dining areas with seating for 10 and all the necessary dinnerware.

The backyard has plenty of outdoor lounge furniture.

Guest access:
The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4 PM due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. If you require an early check-in, please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check-in or request early check-in.

Please NO SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee.
The property is protected by Surveillance cameras (located on the exterior of the house only, the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.
Remember that you’re staying in a house, in quiet residential area , we ask that you be mindful of the noise and be respectful to our neighbors. Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you

The home is close to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City-run bike and scooter rental program.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
