Interaction
As your host, I’ll be available from 8AM-8PM seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that we are not a hotel.

This is a brand new home. Built March 2023. This new home is fully furnished with multiple king & queen beds, a large living and dining area.
Perfect for a large family. There are 10 ensuites (10 bedrooms have their own private bathroom). Children rooms have twin sized beds. You’ll enjoy the convenience of a private pool & jacuzzi, fully-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers, and 2 sets of washer and dryer for your convenience.

**There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 68-80.
We use integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
Transit
The Kissimmee/Orlando area is better traveled by car, however, public transportation is available nearby and uber is plentiful.
