Interaction

As your host, I’ll be available from 9AM-9PM seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that we are not a hotel

Neighborhood

Downtown West Palm Beach offers plenty of relaxation, artistic culture and history in an exciting setting next to Lake Worth Lagoon. The closer you get to the waterfront, the more restaurants, tourist attractions and dynamic nightlife scenes you will see. Urban art installations add a colorful vibe to the area, featuring outdoor murals, lights and water sculptures. Don’t miss The Square for more shopping, food and entertainment events.

If you’re looking for the entire beach experience, head to Palm Beach Island, about 2 miles east of downtown. On your way, stop at Henry Morrison Flagler Museum and tour the lavish Gilded Age mansion. South of Downtown West Palm Beach sits Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens, a historic home featuring garden sculptures and rare tropical plants.

For the hole house: there is WiFi.
Note: No tvs in the two guest bedrooms.
Parking on the street

In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with stools. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated.

Close by retailers are: Publix, Dunkin Donuts, and Mall all within 1.9 miles

Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there’s an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 10. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management and pool service that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

Transit

Notes

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool. High chair and pack n play are available upon request. Also, please note that the pool is not heated all the TVs must be mirrored or smart apps used. The property does not have cable or satellite.
