Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and waiver or the deposit collection. In addition, the downloading of the DACK application for house manual and check-in instructions.
 
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

The Bluestone Lake House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located in the heart of Broward County. We are literally minutes from everything. While visiting the Greater Fort Lauderdale area you’ll experience 23 miles of promenade-lined beachfronts and explore a destination that boasts an impressive art scene, world-class restaurants, craft breweries, nightlife, shopping, casinos, and the Everglades on its doorstep. Cruise along the “Venice of America,” explore shipwreck dive sites in the “Wreck Capital of Florida,” and get lost in botanical gardens with lush tropical plants and native wildlife.

This lake home is 2200 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with 1000 sf of outdoor deck space.
ROOMS:
This house sleeps 6 guests. Please see below for bed count:

– Room 1: King Bed (sleeps 2) Private Bathroom
– Room 2: Queen bed (Sleeps 2)
– Room 3: Two single beds (sleeps 2)

BATHROOM:
2 Full bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, soap, hand soap, wash cloths, towels, and a hair dryer.
1 Half bathroom

KITCHEN AND DINING:
Fully stocked with pots & pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cooking tools, coffee pot, toaster oven, oven, dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave. Dining areas with seating for 8 and all the necessary dinnerware.

OUTDOOR AREAS:
The backyard has plenty of outdoor lounge furniture.

PARKING:
Free parking is available in the driveway for two cars. NOTE: Street or grass parking is prohibited.

WHATS INCLUDED:
Free WIFI, Smart TVs. We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use.
Guest access:
The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe check-in time is 4 PM due to high occupancy and new cleaning standards we may not be able to allow for an early check-in. If you require an early check-in, please check with host to block out an additional night (if available) at a discounted rate, this will guarantee an early check-in or request early check-in through the DACK app.

Other things to note:
Please NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO GATHERINGS, AND NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee.
The property is protected by Surveillance cameras (located on the exterior of the house only, the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.

Remember that you’re staying in a house, in quiet residential area , we ask that you be mindful of the noise and be respectful to our neighbors. Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you

Private community requires strict observance of lower volume to outdoor music.
Commercial vehicle parking is not allowed in the neighborhood. Only 2 private vehicles allowed.

The home is close to public transportation, uber is plentiful, and it has a City-run bike and scooter rental program.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
