Interaction

As your host, I’ll be available from 0800-2200 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need you can call me by phone.

Neighborhood

The El Cid Neighborhood had its beginnings in 1875 when Benjamin Lainhart, the first permanent resident of the western shore of Lake Worth, built a cabin near Barcelona Road. The neighborhood came of age 50 years later during the 1920’s Florida land boom.

The El Cid District is listed on the local, State, and National Register of Historic Places. With a concentration of outstanding period architecture combined with the community’s dedication to preserving its history, the neighborhood attracts professionals and business owners proud to call El Cid home.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. The $35 waiver does not apply to a one night reservation.

The space
This private studio apartment is located in a 1921 home on the second floor. You have a private rear entry with door code and then a private door code for the apartment. Sq ft., approximately 450-500.

Other things to note:
1) This unit has street parking only. Also please keep in mind that his a historic Florida property.

2) Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

3) No pets allowed.

4) We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in information.

5) Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.
