Interaction

Our interaction is heavily dependent on the guest(s). We are very proactive hosts but give the guest(s) the option on how interactive they want to be with us. Please keep in mind that we don’t respond to service calls between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am unless it’s an emergency.

Neighborhood

The property is in a desirable area of Delray Beach. You’ll enjoy being close to the vibrant downtown area, with its eclectic shops, fantastic dining options, and lively entertainment scene; but the immediate area is a quiet residential street.

You will be just a short distance away from the sandy shores of Delray Beach. Whether you prefer a leisurely walk by the ocean, sunbathing on the beach, or engaging in various water sports, the convenience of being near the beach adds to the appeal of this location.

Access

You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet and housekeeping space.

Space

Designed with the discerning traveler in mind, our property boasts high-end finishes and furnishings that are sure to provide a relaxing and comfortable stay for our guests. With four bedrooms, our home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a luxurious retreat.

The first-floor master bedroom offers privacy and tranquility, with a beautiful ensuite bathroom, an oversized closet, and direct access to the pool area. On the second floor, three bedrooms offer different sleeping arrangements to accommodate guests’ needs. One bedroom has two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, while the other two feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms and closets.

Our home features sitting and entertaining spaces on both the first and second floors, giving guests ample opportunity to spend quality time with loved ones or enjoy some peaceful solitude. The open floor plan of the first floor allows guests to easily move between the kitchen, dining, and den areas, all of which open up to a stunning pool and outdoor space. The kitchen is equipped with Wolf appliances, ideal for those who love to cook and entertain.

The second floor den opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool and yard, offering breathtaking views and a serene setting to relax and unwind. An outdoor shower off the first-floor half bath provides the perfect opportunity to soak up the sun or stargaze under the night sky.

For added convenience, the laundry room is located on the second floor, and a wireless printer is available in case guests need to print any documents during their stay.

The property is the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering guests a memorable and relaxing stay.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.

Other things to note:
Please NO SMOKING INDOORS. Smoking inside the house will incur an additional cleaning fee.
The property is protected by Surveillance cameras (located on the exterior of the house only, the front and rear of the house) and noise detectors (do not record). The noise detectors are located on the interior and backyard. DO NOT TAMPER WITH CAMERAS OR NOISE DETECTORS. DOING SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELATION OF YOUR RESERVATION.

Remember that you’re staying in a house, in quiet residential area , we ask that you be mindful of the noise and be respectful to our neighbors. Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you

Transit

The property is located just a few minutes north of downtown Delray Beach. While it’s possible to walk there, we recommend driving or biking. Be aware parking downtown can be challenging, it may take some time to find a parking spot if you head there at peak times.

The French Bakery, a local favorite, is just a short walk away.

There is ample garage and driveway parking.

Please note that a neighbor down the street is doing construction during the summer of 2023, but rest assured that it won’t affect your access to our property and hasn’t made noise that reached our property to date.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Other things to note
Please note that our pool is serviced once a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.

Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.
