Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification, waiver or deposit collection, and DACK application download.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

Interaction

As your host, I’ll be available from 0600-2200 seven days a week. The preferred method of communication is via the platform but if you have an immediate need, you can call me by phone. Just please keep in mind that you are not staying at a hotel.

Neighborhood

Lake Ridge is a neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with a population of 2,865. Lake Ridge is in Broward County. Living in Lake Ridge offers residents an urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Lake Ridge there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in Lake Ridge and residents tend to be liberal. The public schools in Lake Ridge are above average.

Space

This space comes equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. There is Free Wi-Fi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a Smart TV. The sofa can be used to sleep on if needed.
Queen beds in two of bedrooms with plenty of space for your clothes.
Master bedroom features a king bed and smart TV
In the kitchen, there is space for eating or drinking. There a four-person dining room table.
The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few blocks where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, note that the pool and spa are not heated

There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77.

Local attractions: the BEACH!, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Galaria Mall, Birch State Park.

Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.
Pack n play and high chair are available upon request. The pool and spa are not heated

Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there’s an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 7. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management and pool service that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

Transit
