In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

Neighborhood

Welcome to “The Heart of the Gold Coast.” Located just north of Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach is a laidback coastal suburb regarded for its gorgeous beach and many opportunities for outdoor recreation. The city exudes a classic beach-town atmosphere, with numerous surf shops, seafood restaurants, and the landmark Pompano Beach Pier in town. Pompano Beach offers fantastic boating, fishing, paddleboarding, and scuba diving options for water sports enthusiasts, in addition to plenty of scenic local parks for landlubbers.

The climate of Pompano Beach is classified as tropical rainforest!

-Entertainment: The Isle’s Casino, Funky Buddha Brewery, Pompano Beach Golf Course, 2 theaters; Poet Productions and Curtain Call Playhouse, 2 malls; Pompano Citi Centre and the Festival Flea Market. Pompano Beach Amphitheater that hosts concerts all year with some of the biggest names in music.

-Pompano Beach hosts several festivals & events each year including the Pompano Beach Holiday Boat Parade, St. Coleman’s Italian Festival, St. Patrick’s Irish Festival, the Pompano Beach Seafood Festival, the Holiday Yuletide Parade & The Annual Nautical Flea Market held each year at the Pompano Community Park & Amphitheater.

-Museums & art galleries: Pompano Beach Art Gallery, the Meridian Gallery & the Ely Educational Museum.

Space

Adorable space decorated well and fully equipped for a beach vacation! Private beach access across the street with additional private parking. Steps away from nightlife and fantastic food and drinks!

The property is located on a man built island surrounded by water on the east side of the intra coastal waterways and right across the street (A1A) from the ocean. You will be just a 5 minute walk across the street to the ocean and beautiful beaches of south Florida!

1.5 miles to the south is the famous Lauderdale By the Sea where you will find a popular public beach complete with fantastic restaurants, bars, nightlife and a pier.

1.5 miles to the north is the newly renovated Pompano Beach Pier, also complete with fabulous restaurants located on the sand overlooking the ocean and bars, nightlife and popular public beach with beach chairs and bike rentals.

There is public beach trolley that you can summon at anytime to travel back and fourth from the beach, grocery store, pharmacy or where ever you need to go!

The bathrooms have laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig), tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.

NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated.

There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77.

Local attractions: the BEACH! Pompano Beach is a short walk away, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Water taxi, Festival Marketplace, Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park, Pompano Pier, Pompano Beach Amphitheatre, and much more!

Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there’s an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

Transit
