This tiny home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located in the heart of Broward County. We are literally minutes from everything. While visiting the Greater Fort Lauderdale area you’ll experience 23 miles of promenade-lined beachfronts and explore a destination that boasts an impressive art scene, world-class restaurants, craft breweries, nightlife, shopping, casinos, and the Everglades on its doorstep. Cruise along the “Venice of America,” explore shipwreck dive sites in the “Wreck Capital of Florida,” and get lost in botanical gardens with lush tropical plants and native wildlife.

Here is your opportunity to experience something unique and different. This adorable 382 SQFT container guest house is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale and has a distinct Florida vibe thanks to its location and funky design.

The container guest house is located on a 3-acre property. The property consists of the following: The main house, CrossFit gym, lake, firepit, and more. It is located within minutes to the airport, beaches, Seminole Hard Rock Casino, Hard Stadium, much more. A large public park is located next to the property.

The container was completely transformed and curated with comfort in mind.

Queen size bed with pillowtop mattress, medium firmness. Smart TV complete with surround sound bar gives you access to all your favorite streaming channels, simply log in on your accounts, lay back on our leather couch and enjoy. Tv stand is also a fireplace, to set the mood with soothing lights on a complete private space.

Coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen has a microwave, stove top, pots and pans, tea kettle, toaster, blender, mini fridge and all the basics for cooking a quick meal.

The firepit and porch with BBQ grill are solely for your use. Come enjoy Florida’s amazing weather and great outdoor experience.

Although we are located within the City, once you enter the security gate you will feel like you have entered a small country town. It truly is a unique experience. Things to keep in mind when visiting:

The property is surrounded by water and wilderness. As such, we have a lot of South Florida wildlife to include: lizards, iguanas, birds, insects, and mosquitoes. It is not uncommon to have large iguanas and snapping turtles roaming around the property, especially near the lake. Lastly, my family and I live on the property so you’ll be sharing the gym and all outside amenities.

Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there’s an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 2. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.

We recommend that you have car or use Uber.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and the deposit collection.
 
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.
