You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance to groceries store, pharmacy, Macdonald, Dunkin’donuts, restaurants, gas stations, and more. A few minutes from Chicago Outlet Mall, downtown Aurora and Hollywood Casino. Close to Interstate 88, (5 minutes), 40 minutes to downtown Chicago, 37 minutes to Ohare airport and 43 to midway. (Depends on traffic conditions)

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and safe since there are a lot of businesses around, and a school next to the building. There is a public park on the back of the building which you can enjoy at any time.
Access
Guests will have access to the whole studio, washer and dryer are coin operating and they are located in the first floor by the entrance. You will have access to one parking spot located at the back of the building.
Space
This is studio, but we believe you will be comfortable during your stay, There are seven more studios in the building. Parking spot is on the back of the building, the one mark with the letter “F” that’s the one you will use.
Transit
You can get around the town using Uber or Lyft or you own transportation. If you’re driving to the studio, there is only one spot available to park for unit.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, we require guests to complete a verification process that includes ID verification and security deposit. To make the process as seamless as possible, we’ll provide you with a secure link where you can easily complete the verification steps.
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. The first option is a $500 refundable deposit that will be returned to you if no damages or violations, such as smoking, are found during your stay. The second option is a $35 non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages up to $500.00.
