Neighborhood

Camarillo is a very nice and very clean town, it has everything that one would look for in a town. From large shopping centers to fine restaurants and bars for a night out with friends, even parks to take kids and enjoy a nice family day out. It is proud of its heritage as well as the wide array of cultural, civic and social activities available in and around town. The Pleasant Valley Historical Society Museum features an extensive collection of local artifacts and the Charles Honn Botanical Garden.

Annually, the City of Camarillo lights up the sky for the Fourth of July Fireworks Show at the Camarillo Premium Outlets. Fireworks are best viewed from the outlets parking lots & surrounding areas. The display begins promptly at 9 p.m.

1) Guest bedroom: Comfortable queen-sized bed. There is also ample storage space provided by a full-sized closet and full length mirror.
2) Master bedroom: Stylish king size bed dressed in high-quality linens, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep.

Two pristine bathrooms are fully stocked with all your essentials. It includes a spacious shower/tub combo, modern vanity, and soft, fluffy towels.
Living Area: The open-plan living area provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind. Enjoy the flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa with accent chairs.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management, that may come during your stay.

**Shed in the backyard is off limits.
** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the living room and no recording takes place.
 
In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned, 7 days after checkout day, if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

A few things to keep in mind, we offer two car parking, receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you’re staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 10 PM-8 AM.
